Greet the day overlooking the forest and the river from your luxury bungalow, enjoy healthy and fresh daily recipes from the cook Margarita, and immerse in a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.guacimolodge.com\/en\/retreats\/\">Restorative Yoga<\/a>, and intuitive movement with our yoga expert Camila.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This is an example of the itinerary you will follow during your retreat:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 1: Journey to Guacimo Lodge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Boat trip through the San Juan river up to Guacimo Lodge: the Lodge is located close to Indio Maiz reserve and only reachable by the river!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gathering and connection space after dinner: On the first night, after dinner, you will gather in a soft and welcoming space, with tea or herbal infusions and gentle music.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 2: Welcome and Grounding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meditation and Pranayama (Anchoring to the Present)<br><\/li><li>Hatha Yoga Class (Grounding and Stability)<br><\/li><li>Restorative Yoga Class and Deep Relaxation<br><\/li><li>Before closing the day, we will take time for reflective writing as we begin this journey.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Day 3: Activation and Expansion (Dynamic)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meditation (Breathing Space and Freedom)<br><\/li><li>Hips &amp; Breath Flow Class (Expansion and Balance)<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activity in Nature:<strong> <\/strong>hike through primary and secondary forest in one of the largest and best protected reserves of Central America.
